Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 27 October 2026 • Governed under the Laws of the Republic of India
ZenNext is NOT an insurance company, is NOT registered as a health insurer with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI), does NOT underwrite risk, does NOT issue insurance policies, and is NOT a government health scheme. ZenNext cards provide membership access to pre-negotiated, approved fee concessions (typically 10% to 30%) on eligible services at participating partner hospitals and healthcare providers. ZenNext does not guarantee hospital admission, does not provide medical treatment, and is not responsible for medical outcomes.
1. Membership Scope & Acceptance
By submitting an online application, completing payment, or presenting a ZenNext membership card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the issuance, use, and limitations of the ZenNext Hospital Treatment Bill Discount Card and the ZenNext Healthcare Facility Card.
2. How Discounts Apply & Presentation Requirement
To receive the approved discount, the cardholder must present their active digital card at the admission or billing desk BEFORE the final invoice is printed. Participating hospital desks will verify the card via QR code and patient photo ID proof (such as Aadhaar or Driving License).
ZenNext cards cannot be applied retroactively to invoices that have already been finalized, paid, or discharged.
3. Eligible Services vs. Non-Eligible Exclusions
Discounts are calculated strictly on eligible charges approved under each participating hospital's active provider agreement:
- Eligible line items: Inpatient room rent, nursing care, routine surgical daycare procedure fees, outpatient specialist consultations, and in-house laboratory investigations.
- Excluded line items: External outsourced orthopedic implants, stents, pacemakers, blood bank charges, cross-consultations with visiting doctors not covered under the agreement, and cosmetic surgeries unless explicitly included.
4. Non-Transferability & Family Eligibility
ZenNext membership cards are non-transferable. Individual plans cover only the named cardholder. Family plans cover exclusively the primary member and declared immediate dependents (spouse, children up to age 25, and dependent parents) registered in our database. Sharing or lending membership cards to non-registered third parties is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
5. Relationship with Healthcare Providers
All doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics listed on the ZenNext portal are independent third-party institutions. ZenNext does not exercise control over clinical decisions, diagnoses, prescriptions, surgical procedures, or hospital admission capacities. Healthcare providers retain absolute clinical independence. Any clinical disputes or malpractice claims must be directed exclusively to the treating healthcare provider.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to ZenNext memberships shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India.
