No. ZenNext is NOT a health insurance company, HMO, or government health scheme (like Aarogyasri or Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY). ZenNext is a healthcare discount membership platform. We partner with hospitals and diagnostic labs to negotiate pre-approved rate concessions of 10%–30% on eligible services for our cardholders. There are no claim forms, no TPAs, and no medical test disqualifications.
